TMBA advocates for its members within our State's legislature. We work with the Commissioner’s Office on behalf of the organization. We are the conduit through which our local associations help fund the MBA's lobbying efforts through our member's contributions to MORPAC and TMBPAC.
TMBA is the vehicle that brings together a diverse group of member companies, including mortgage companies, mortgage brokers, insurance, educational, legislative, and others in the mortgage and real estate field and is a gathering place for industry professionals to share ideas and build strong relationships.
We are providing the ability to idea swap with other local MBA organizations and their members across the State of Tennessee. We are one unified voice to organize and communicate for our combined membership which helps to align all of the Chapters on issues, talking points and call to action needs.
We provide a central contact point of HUD, FNMA, FHMLC, etc.
An Annual Convention is organized to bring networking and educational opportunities to the entire state. TMBA provides training, guidance and clarification with Mortgage Banking issues. TMBA helps train tomorrow’s chapter leaders.
Education Trust Fund money used for education for all members across state through quality training provided through the associations.
